04/Operations
25,000 square feet
under one roof.
We operate a single dedicated facility at 8251 NW 66th St, Miami, FL 33166, minutes from Miami International Airport and the Port of Miami. Inbound freight is received, counted against purchase order, inspected, and put away to a fixed location before it is available to sell. Outbound orders are picked, verified against the pack list, and staged for carrier pickup daily.
Receiving
Every inbound pallet is counted against PO and inspected for damage and condition before put-away. Discrepancies are documented and resolved with the supplier before stock goes live.
Storage
Fixed-location racking, so every SKU has a known home and orders are picked accurately. Secured with monitored access and camera coverage.
Dispatch
Orders are picked, double-verified against the packing list, and staged for daily carrier pickup. Tracking is issued the same day the order ships.

Request a quote with the categories and quantities you need. We do not publish price lists publicly. Quotes are returned within one business day.
Yes, on approved credit. Complete a short credit application with a few trade references and we will respond within two business days. First orders are typically prepaid while credit is under review.
Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM ET ship the same business day from Miami. Transit is 1 to 4 business days within the continental U.S.
Note it on the delivery receipt, photograph it, and contact your account rep within 7 business days. Shortages and damage in transit are resolved by us, not by you. You are not filing with the carrier.
Every product we carry is sourced through authorized commercial channels and arrives with itemized invoicing and lot detail. We can supply the paper trail for any SKU we sell.
